By using uzbekistantourism.app, the Uzbekistan Tourism mobile app, or submitting a tour booking request, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

  • Free travel guides, maps, and planning tools for independent Silk Road travelers.
  • A way to request curated tour packages operated by licensed local guides and partner agencies.
  • Travel information sourced in good faith — always verify visa rules, prices, and schedules before you travel.

Booking requests are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a form or in-app request is an inquiry only. A package is confirmed only after we contact you (typically within 24 hours), agree on dates and final price, and you accept the operator’s confirmation. No payment is taken through the website or app at the request stage.

Displayed prices are “from” estimates per person in USD. Final quotes depend on dates, group size, hotels, and availability.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you.
  • Hold valid travel documents and visas required for Uzbekistan (see e-visa.gov.uz for current rules).
  • Follow local laws, mosque dress codes, and guide safety instructions — especially in border regions.
  • Carry travel insurance appropriate for your activities (adventure packages, desert travel, etc.).

Cancellations & changes

Before confirmation: you may withdraw a request at any time by replying to our message. After confirmation: cancellation and refund terms are set by the tour operator in your written agreement — contact us as soon as possible if plans change.

Limitation of liability

Uzbekistan Tourism is an independent platform. We are not liable for acts of third-party guides, hotels, transport providers, or force majeure (weather, strikes, border changes). The app and website are provided “as is” without warranty. For emergencies in Uzbekistan, call Safe Tourism hotline 1173.

Intellectual property

App content, branding, and curated routes are © Uzbekistan Tourism. Wikimedia and partner images retain their respective licenses. Do not scrape or republish our catalog for commercial use without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance. Material changes to booking handling will be noted on the packages page.
