Uzbekistan Tourism (uzbekistantourism.app) is an independent travel companion. We are not affiliated with the Government of Uzbekistan. This policy explains what we collect when you request a tour package or use our services.
What we collect
- Booking requests: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, preferred travel dates, number of guests, and optional notes you submit on the website or in the mobile app.
- App usage: standard analytics and crash reports via Firebase (Google) to keep the app stable — not sold to third parties.
- Language preference: stored locally in your browser or app settings.
How we use it
- To respond to tour inquiries within 24 hours and coordinate with licensed local guides or partner operators.
- To send booking reference numbers and follow-up messages you requested.
- To improve our travel guides, maps, and package information.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing spam without your consent.
Where data is stored
Booking requests are stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) with industry-standard encryption in transit. Retention: inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months for customer support and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your booking data by emailing the contact address used in your inquiry or replying to our confirmation message.
- Decline optional fields (email is optional on the web form if phone is provided).
Third-party links
Our app and site link to official resources (e-visa.gov.uz, uzbekistan.travel, Safe Tourism hotline 1173). Their privacy practices are governed by those organizations.
